Hi! Looking for someone to fill a room in my Bedstuy apartment. The apartment is on the Bushwick/Bedstuy border so you get the best of both worlds. The building is pre-war, and rent stabilized. The unit itself is spacious, sun-filled, on a quiet street, and comes with an in-unit washer, dryer, and dishwasher. Kitchen, living room, and bathroom are furnished. All you need to bring is yourself and bedroom furniture.

Seeking female/femme professionals in their mid-20s to mid-30s. Must be BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ friendly. Open to people with all accessibility needs, although the apartment is on a third-floor walk up with no elevator. Must be vaccinated and boosted. Alcohol and 420 friendly, but no hard drugs or smoking, please.

You'll be sharing the space with myself and roommate Jemma. I have a very cute cat, Nova. Hoping to find like-minded people that can help make this a lovely, peaceful home. Jemma and I are both very clean, drama-free, respectful of space and seeking people with the same ideals. We'd love to find people who equally enjoy roommate hangouts and dinners as much as they like time to themselves. Bonus points if you have a sweet cat who wants to be friends with Nova. While Jemma and I love dogs, Nova does not, so unfortunately no pups. Our building does have a 2-pet limit per unit.
