Master bed/bath available in 2 bedroom apartment. Great location near the 405 freeway, and within walking distance of the Galleria, Torrance Public Library (North Branch), and some restaurants and fast food places.

In-unit, the living room is furnished but has room if you want to bring in your own items. Your bedroom will be unfurnished. The unit has a dishwasher and electric heaters in each room. The complex has laundry facilities (right outside the unit), a gym, a pool, covered reserved parking, and allows cats with an additional deposit. We pay for electricity and internet, other utilities (ex. water) are included in the rent.

As a roommate, I'm pretty laid back and introverted. I spend most of my time in my room. I enjoy video games, reading, and various crafty hobbies. My #1 goal is to find someone who I get along with and is reliable with paying the rent on time. If we're compatible enough to become friends, that's a definite bonus!
