1) Cleanliness: We highly value a clean living space. If you have a strong penchant for cleanliness and are willing to actively participate in maintaining our hygiene standards, we're open to offering a significant rent reduction. We have a no-shoes policy indoors.

2)Early Bedtime Enthusiast: If you prefer going to bed early, that’s perfectly fine with us. Just let us know and we'll accommodate.

3)Transitional/New York Newcomers: Whether you're staying a year, or longer or grad school, you’re welcome.

4) Respectful of Diverse Beliefs: While we maintain a generally Christian environment, we’re open to all religions. We simply ask that you respect our policy regarding overnight romantic guests.

5)Kitchen Etiquette: We generally don’t fry food in the apartment and prefer to avoid strong food odors. If you share these preferences or frequently dine out, you’ll feel at home. If you tend to leave dishes in the sink, please look elsewhere.
