Hi,
Are you looking for a place to call home in Miami for a Month? A hostel/homestay feel but with more privacy? I am renting out 1 furnished bedroom in a 3-bedroom house for 1-month travelers.
We currently have the other 2 rooms filled with other travelers as well and would like to keep this vibe going. 1 Male 45 w/ 2 friendly cats & I Female 30 w/ 1 dog and 1 cat. We are very pet friendly here.
We are looking for someone to rent our 3rd bedroom out to! NO COUPLES PLEASE. Must love dogs and cats but preferably doesn't have one at this time. The Bedroom has a queen size bed and also comes with a shared bathroom with me. You have full access to Kitchen, Living room, Laundry, and backyard.
As for cleanliness. I'm looking for someone who is respectful of the shared space and cleans up after self. Please don't be a slob.
The location is located in Overtown. We are right next to train station with access to downtown, Brickell and airport. Also, very close to Jackson Memorial & Univ of Miami hospitals. Perfect for med professionals & students. There is also free parking in front of the house.
