Living Area - fully furnished, if needed

I have 1 bedroom available for an ~8/1 time frame move in. The unit itself is relatively spacious for a two bedroom , and the bedroom is large enough to fit the essentials in it. A closet for the room is located in the living room, where the shared areas are fully furnished (kitchen, living, bathroom).

55” 4K tv in the living room with Internet and cable provided, as well as a variety of streaming services.

Utilities are not included, but I pay the first $50 and split everything over. Laundry is not in building, but there are no less than 3 wash and folds (I get mine delivered for about $40 a month) and laundromats within a 60 second walk.

Transportation is phenomenal with Union Square and two L stations being within a 5-10 min walk, multiple bus lines and a 10 min walk to the 23rd st ferry slip. The neighborhood itself is pretty quiet, but is only a 5-10 min walk to some great nightlife. Two Trader Joe’s, Targets, and several grocery stores and convenience stores within 10 min walks as well.

I do have a small dog - she’s quiet, is house-trained, and stays to my room/around me (I work from home in my room 3-4 days a week).
