I’m a 29 year old LatinX queer person & have a 1.5yr old Maltipoo named Milly. So you gotta be okay with dogs 🐶💕✨ we have lots of plants throughout the house as you can see. The condo is on a second floor and accessible only via 1 flight of stairs. You will have your own carport parking and badge access to the entire gated community. We reside in a gated community called Mesa Verde. You’ll have access to a gym, pool, tennis courts, open green spaces throughout the complex. We sit in the middle of downtown Hayward
to the left and Downtown Castro Valley to the right. Easy access to BART STATION.

Its a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath condo. I am the owner of the property and I reside in the Master Bedroom which has the main bathroom with the shower. This means you and I would share a shower. You will however have your own restroom. As for sharing the shower you will not be needing to go through my room, it’s just to the right as you come in.

The rest of the home is furnished by me. I have a couch, coffee table, & recliner in the living room. I have a 4 person table that can extend in the dining area and as you saw in the pictures PLANTS!! ✨🪴 currently pictured is a TV (this belongs to the current tenant) I intend to purchase a TV in the coming months but also would leave it up to the perspective tenant to bring their own TV if they wish.

In the kitchen I have a dishwasher which I try not to use so often so often I utilize as storage 🙆🏽‍♀️. You will have full access to the kitchen (pots/pans/plates/ eating & cooking utensils/stove/microwave/refrigerator/pantry). You’d also have your own pantry cabinet to store your dry goods or other kitchen items.

The hallway closet is currently occupied and should be cleared by move in date for you to store any items needed.

The pictures of the room are your space as is occupied by the current tenant. The space will be empty when you occupy it. It currently fits a queen bed and a sofa chair. Lamp is optional.

The bathroom pictured is your private half bath. Rugs can be included or you can decorate to your liking. Guests will not use your restroom.
