I have an open room available now in this great two bedroom, one bath in the heart of downtown El Segundo. This is fairly small complex, the unit features a HUGE Balcony great kitchen area, and in room Washer and Dryer.
I am 44 working 5 days a week and tend to just relax on the weekends, I would like to find someone that is similar. My previous roommates have been male and female so I do not have a preference as to who I am looking to move in, getting along is my top priority.
The apartment is furnished in the common areas and all utilities are divided equally, which include electric, gas, and internet, there are optional utilities such as cable and drinking water service
