+ Deposit: First month's rent plus an additional $1000 at signing.
+ Background Check fee: $40 required prior to signing lease contract (non-refundable). If there are no red flags, I will reimburse your $40.

+ Neighborhood: Safe, clean, with plenty of street parking and low traffic.
+ Looking for: Working professional who is mature, clean, quiet, and respectful. No doubles/couples.

I (35/M) am the landlord and will also be living in the home. I have a well-behaved cat; please be mindful if you're allergic. This 3 bedroom house is smoke/drug free and drama free.
