As a new condo owner in Santa Monica I'm looking to rent out the private 1 bedroom+bath+walk in closet to a roommate starting on February 20th, 2024. The condo is spacious, in an excellent location and 5 minutes driving distance from the beach and includes a parking space for this roommate. There's also excellent restaurants like Erewhon, Trader Joe's, CVS, Starbucks and Whole Foods right nearby. The total condo is 3br, 3bath and in an excellent location. I work in technology and am looking for someone quiet, respectful, and professional who wants to be in the heart of Santa Monica and close to lots of great shops and restaurants. You will also have access to the living room and kitchen of course, and a parking space and a patio and possibly a balcony.
I tend to be laid back and okay with visitors but I definitely need to know ahead of time and give the OK since this is a shared condo. I am 27(m) and definitely extremely career focused so not a typical LA partier or anything like that. I like to keep a quiet, organized living space.
