The apartment has great light, 14ft high ceilings and is very quiet with good energy, it lovely place to live and I want to share with someone who also appreciates it. The bedroom is a good size, furnished with full size bed, new mattress, closet, side table, lamp, mirror as shown in pics and AC. It's perfect for someone new to the city with not a lot of stuff. It's a safe place to begin your NYC journey. I'm looking for someone who leads a busy life, wants to live in a great location and have a peaceful, safe retreat to come home to.

Agreement will require:
-One Months Fully Refundable Security Deposit in advance to secure room.
-Proof of Income/Employment.
-Personal Reference.

I'm looking for a peaceful, happy, responsible, reliable person that get's the whole roommate experience. Buys toilet paper, cleans up after themselves and knows how to be a reliable roommate and make it work. Someone who enjoys life but doesn't bring the party home (very important) please don't respond if you don't get the shared dynamic. Socialize outside the Apt.

5th Floor walk up (skip the gym fees!) wide, easy stairs, if you want a gym there's plenty of options. It's a fantastic neighborhood, make the most of great shops, deli's, galleries, restaurants, laundry all within a block. Most importantly it's a very safe and busy neighborhood and building. One block from F/J/M/Z easy access to all transportation.

One months fully refundable security deposit required to secure apartment plus first months rent.
Utilities are not included, but run approx. $80-$100 depending on season. Higher in summer with AC but both AC's are energy savers.
