Monthly rent is $1650 & includes everything except personal items
One month security deposit $1650 is required on move in day to be returned on move out day.
Seeking to rent for one year but, will consider a minimum of 3Mos.
I will also consider a couple but for a max of 3 most. & rent would be $1850 monthly.

I am a retired male and i have lived in this apt. for over 20 years.
I am considerate, fair, ethical somewhat of a contrarian.

My requirements
Work day time hours but not in the apartment
No sleepovers, no exceptions Except reasonable stays by a friend or relative from out of state ( have a few visitors are fine. )
Verifiable income of 58K, no guarantors
Non aggressive, nice friendly person who expects & values privacy.
Cleans up after using kitchen and bath.
