Room in LIC Luxury Apartment Available

Hi all, I am looking to fill a room asap in our Long Island City luxury apartment starting January 1, 2022, with the option to join the lease.
 
Details: Rent is $1200 through July 2022, and then rent for the whole apartment will increase by $40, so there will be a slight adjustment. Utilities are about $60-85 a month (usually on the lower side in the spring and summer months) and security deposit is $1200. You’ll be taking over the flex room but the wall was professionally built and goes all the way up to the ceiling with glass paneling, so rest assured you’ll have full privacy! 

About the apartment: There are 2 other roommates (males), both great and respectful of privacy and space, and you'll only be sharing a bathroom with one other guy. We have an in-unit washer/dryer, spacious kitchen. Room will come unfurnished, but I’d be happy to part ways with the mounted smart tv for an additional $180 (it’s very nice to have in the room!). There's also a great rooftop to get some fresh air, a fully equipped gym, a terrace for grilling, and even a movie theater! Can't think of a better set-up, amenities-wise.
