Room for rent in LARGE 2 bedroom

The room: 10 ½’ X 9’, 1 window, 1 closet. Furnished with a bed and some shelving that can be removed if you prefer to bring your own furniture.

The apartment: FULLY FURNISHED Large 2 bedroom with shared kitchen, bathroom, large living room, large dining room and office. We are 3 blocks (approx. 6 min. walk) off of the Ditmars stop on the N/Q

The neighborhood: nightlife, restaurants, pizzerias, sushi, chinese, italian and greek galore; Ctown, Trade Fair and many specialty food stores; banks, nail parlors, beauty salons and pubs all within walking distance.

You: Friendly, Tidy and Financially responsible (at least with rent and utilities), no live in boyfriend/girlfriend etc. *If you take yourself quite seriously then this probably isn’t the place for you as we (my friends and I) tend to have well developed senses of humor. Tidy meaning cleaning up after yourself and assist in communal cleaning duties.

Me: 1 gay male, I like to have fun and have a good laugh and prefer live more like a friendly acquaintance than simply roommates. Sharing is necessary because there simply is not have enough space for everyone to have their own paprika

Cost: $1100 plus utilities (usually around $100) and $50 a month for wifi. We also share the cost of toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies etc..

$2200 to move in (1st month rent + one month deposit.)

The room is currently unoccupied, so a reasonably soon move in date would be preferable.
