Rooms can be partially furnished with some basic furniture for free if desired. Could be fully furnished for +$50/m.
Share kitchen living dining. Laundry available in garage. Two shared women’s bathrooms. Since bathrooms are shared, we are looking for a female housemate only.
All utilities for normal use are included.
Plenty of street parking.
Shoes off at entrance. Participate in weekly cleaning chores.
No party. No loud music. No pet (we have no pet).
No perfume or aromatic products, foods, or smelly substances upstairs due to central heating/ventilation.
