Bay Window Room in Greenpoint

Available for lease takeover on a 6 month lease starting Dec. 1, with option of renewal starting April 1. The reason we've gone from a 12 month lease to a 6 month lease is just to afford us more flexibility in move-out dates. There's a $275 tenant changeover fee since we're mid-lease, which we would split evenly.

You would be occupying my room with bay windows. The other roommates are Ryan (a theatrical stagehand and queer cis male who will be moving out in the near future), wonderful Karla (a cis female) in her mid 20's, and Allison (POC working at Starbucks, has lived in Asia for a few years and originally from the Midwest). This apartment is a laid back, clean, cozy and safe environment and we do not bring the party home. 3rd floor walkup (just two small flights of stairs).

As long as you're respectful, clean (there's no dishwasher), then we'd be happy to meet you.

4 Bedroom apartment in total but does NOT feel like it. A lot of spectacular natural light and open space and every room has a lovely view. 1.5 baths. Modern finishes. The deepest bathtub you'll ever sit in. And a rooftop with a gorgeous view. Stunning sunsets every single night in this bedroom, overlooking gorgeous Greenpoint tree lined street and McGolrick Park. Giant tree right outside the room that takes up most of the bay windows, which I love.

Gorgeous and intimate McGolrick Park is only a couple of steps away, Variety Coffee and big grocery store and laundromat just down the block, awesome Korean BBQ place called Little Dokebi on the corner and an amazing Mediterranean restaurant called Dar 525 on another corner. McCarren Park and Williamsburg is only a 10-15 minute walk as well as both the L and G trains.

Rent is $1,200 with utilities about $80-$100. Might be a little more with AC in summer. We can control the temp but not individually.
