Furnished Studio-sized room right next to Manhattan College in Kingsbridge/Riverdale area!

Furnished studio-sized room (11’’x17’1’’) with 10 ft ceilings, a giant double closet, and large windows with a beautiful view of the park.

Furniture includes a full-size bed, modular dresser drawers, 40” smart TV, nightstand, loveseat, desk, office chair, coffee table, bookcase, floor lamp, large rug. Bedding and towels also included.

Shared kitchen and bathroom. Please note rent is discounted as the kitchen and bathroom are in need of renovation. They are fully functional, just not pretty, lol.

The building is VERY quiet, clean, with an involved community. The only noise comes from the traffic during the day.

Rent includes hot water, heat, electricity, wifi.

Laundry is 10 steps down the hall. Lots of machines and super clean.

4 min walk to the 1 train and steps to the express bus to Midtown.

Ideal Roomie is quiet, considerate, clean, VERY Covid responsible (I am COVID survivor and still recovering, so all the COVID protocols are a must), positive and cheerful (good vibes only please) and pays rent on time ;)

House Rules include no shoes, no guests, no smoking (of any kind), follow all COVID protocols (sanitize kitchen and bathroom after each use, wear a mask if and when necessary dependent upon COVID rates), no loud music or loud noise (building is very quiet), communicate kindly and respectfully with myself and everyone in the building, shared responsibilities cleaning or we can talk about hiring a housekeeper.

Leasing terms are open to a month to month or 3 month agreement, with options to renew indefinitely in 3 month blocks. I am open to a longer term if we are a good fit.

Deposit (equal to first month’s rent) and First Month’s rent required to move in ($1970).

Application Requirements:
Make 2.5x the rent per month, which is $2,462.50 (provide proof of financial support and/or paystubs)
