Comfortable Room Available

Hi my name is Toni and I am looking for a new roommate to fill an available room is East Flatbush. Starting off with location, the apartment is two short blocks away from the Flatbush Junction. With amenities that include a 2/5 train stop, Target and shopping plaza, lots of food options and a Blink gym.
The building also has garage and valet parking, which you we can set up for you. This would be a separate bill from your rent but is super convenient if you have a car.
As far as the apartment. It is pretty spacious. The living room, kitchen and bathroom are shared. The rent includes all utilities including internet. The only thing not included in the rent would be the AC charge that comes every summer. You can opt out of this charge simply by keeping an AC unit out of your window (a free one is provided if you are interested).
I am a very clean and tidy person. The household responsibilities will be split amongst the two of us. As long as you clean up after yourself and keep the place tidy, everything will work perfectly.
