Hello renters,

We have 1 bedroom w/ shared bathroom available now starting for the month of July for at least 6 Months or more. It is in a 2 story house in a safe and quiet neighborhood in South San Jose.

Price range:
$1250 for single (1 person)
$1350 for couple (2 people)

About us:

Currently living here is a male in his 30's which you would be sharing the bathroom with and the other 2 roommates are both females which share the masterbedroom and have their own bathroom. We are chill and friendly, but do like to stay communicative and respectful of our space. All 3 of us has been vaccinated. The famales like to cook, watch movies, sometimes game and go for walks and they both currently work from home. The male is a retail manager.

Who we are looking for:

- A student or working professional that is friendly and communicative, can pay rent on time and can clean up after themselves. And preferably is vaccinated and can show their vaccine card, if not thats ok. We would like at least 2 previous roommate or renter reference if possible. All food types welcome here.

House Rules:

- Clean up after yourself is a must
- Pay rent on time
- Smoking only Aallowed OUTSIDE the house
- Not all of us do it, but Cannibis is allowed ONLY outside of the house
- We are LGBTQ+ Friendly
-No pets of any kind allowed
-Street parking is available
- We do ask to please limit room scents or personal colognes and or perfumes due to one of the roommates alergy sensitivity
- No heater or AC unit the house stays pretty cool and breezy with all the trees that surround us (If you rent with us we can all sit and discuss possibly sharing to get one if needed)
- No use of fireplace

You will have free access to the following:

- Kitchen (Preferably light cooking)
- Dishwasher
- Laundry in house
- Living room w/ tv and wifi is available
- Downstairs bathroom available to everyone which is why I put we have 2 bathrooms available. (downstairs bathroom is only half bath/ upstairs is full bath)
- Garage for storage
- backyard with plenty of space for chilling or gardening
-We do have a dining area that isn't being used that much, but you are welcome to use or store your belongings there too

Location amenities:

- Grocery stores and convienience Stores like Safeway, luckys, CVS, Walgreens, Dollar Tree withint walking or biking distance
- Restaurants like What A Cup, Jack in the Box, Pandas Express, Burrito Factory, Mcdonalds, Mt Mikes etc. within biking or walking distance
- Marshall Cottle Park a street down from us and Edenvale Gardens Regional Park/ Hayes mansion within driving distance
- Lightrail station withing biking or driving distance
- Bus stops across the street
- Del Roble Elementry withint biking or driving distance
- Oak grove high school withing driving or biking/walking distance
-Santa Teresa High School withing driving distance
