August 15th or September 1st move-in

To move in you will need
-First month's rent
-Broker fee (equals one month's rent)
-$20 application fee for credit/background check
(NO SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED)

You will be on a 12 MONTH lease WITH your roommates and you will need to be approved like you would any apartment lease, be ready to provide a tax return, paystubs, bank statement, ID etc. NOTE: You will only be responsible for your share of the rent

*All applicants must earn 40X the rent (about 44k annual income) and have a minimum credit score of 660.

3rd room-Taken by young male professional
4th room-Taken by young male professional
