Large Bedroom in Hell’s Kitchen

A large bedroom is available in Hells Kitchen starting June 1st, the new one year lease will be signed on July 1st. It’s a duplex apartment with three bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor and a studio with bathroom in the basement. The available room is on the ground floor. We all share one kitchen and you will be sharing the bathroom with two other roommates. The room comes unfurnished, it can easily fit full bed, dresser, wardrobe and a desk.
The apartment is located in Hell’s Kitchen, one block away from C/E train (50th Street), and within 5 minutes walk from other trains (1, A, N, Q, R, B, D, F, M). It’s unbeatable location with everything you need within 5-10 minutes walk, including gym, Whole Foods, Central Park, Times Square, riverside walk, restaurants and bars. There is no laundry in the building, but the laundromat is just down the block.
The other bedrooms are occupied by two girls and a guy in their late 20s-early 30s, the main requirements we have are cleanliness and absolutely no smoking in the house. Sorry, no pets. Heat and water included, we only pay for gas, electricity and internet, usually comes out to around $50-70/month.
