Hey whats up,

We(joey & kelsha) are tenants looking for a third person to occupy a cozy room in our 3rd floor, 3 bed/2bath apt. The bedroom is a smaller size room with a decent size closet and AC unit. you’ll be also sharing a bathroom with one roommate(joey). The apt has a decent size kitchen and dining area. We both are late 20’s/early 30’s professionals & we are both really polite but often keep to ourselves With some passing conversation here & there. One of the things that we value a lot is the respect for the house and one another so we would definitely appreciate somebody with those same values. Cleanliness Is the biggest thing for us. We understand that life sometimes gets hectic But usually We ensure the kitchen is free of mess and dishes at all times out of respect for anyone who may want to cook as well as maintaining a clean bathroom. If you’re a professional or student It doesn’t really matter but we would just definitely appreciate someone who can add positive vibes to the apartment and Is responsible and mature. This will be your home too so we definitely would also appreciate someone who can communicate effectively and isn’t going to bring negativity or drama into our space. Utilities are not included so we’ll all split the optimum/gas/electricity three ways every month. Our apartment is around the corner from a laundromat, supermarket & train station along the J line as well as local food and a bodega thats open 24/7. The landlord does require you have a credit score of 650/above & you should be prepared to sign a one-year lease commitment. We’d love to hear from you!
