Female roommate wanted for furnished apartment in Downtown Brooklyn, a ten minute walk from the Downtown Brooklyn campus of NYU. The apartment is located in an elegant building complex surrounded by pleasing gardens, There is 24 hour security. A large corner bedroom with windows on two sides, AC, and two large closets is for rent. There is also AC in the living room.
I am retired and rarely stay at the apartment myself anymore so the modest rent of $1200 @ Month is basically for the whole apartment. When I am in residence, probably one or two nights a month, I sleep on the convertible sofa in the living room. Both Trader Joe’s and Fort Greene Park are within two blocks of the apt. The following trains are with a five minute’s walk: C, A,F, 2,3,4,5, B, G,M, X.
