ASAP MOVE IN/ Living with female/ Sunny big room

Hello everybody!

My name is Chris, female in my 30's and I looking for a roomie to sign a year lease in this great apartment I found in Bushwick. The apartment is located close to everything, grocery stores, trains, bus, pharmacy, gym, laundromat, bars and restaurants, vegan skincare store next door, vintage stores, etc. The apartment is a 2bed/1bath, rooms are on opposite sides, medium size living room, kitchen with plenty of cabinets and stainless steel appliances. Heat and hot water included. Building is well kept.

About me: Chris, female, 30's, originally from Venezuela but have been living in NY for almost 8 years. I work in a community based organization and I also have a background in writing. I am fully vaccinated. I am working 4 days a week at the office and 1 remotely in a 9am-5pm schedule, so I will really appreciate to keep it chill during weekdays at home. I like music, arts, movies ,tv shows, animals, outdoors activities, chocolate, trying out new restaurants, hang out with friends during the weekends, dancing and singing even when I am not that good at it, LOL, nature, cooking but not everyday, reading and enjoying the simple and complex things in life.

I would like to find a roomie that can communicate respectfully, drama free, clean/organized (common areas) and responsible. That we can keep things quiet during weekdays, but maybe have a dinner party during the weekend or do something fun at home letting the other know beforehand. Open minded, LGBTQ, POC, free spirits welcome!

The room: You will get the biggest room for $1150
Comes with private access, big closet, windows and can fit any size bed plus furniture, plenty of sunlight.

I will bring with me some furniture. I have a loveseat and a dining set(not too attach to it) and a bookshelf for the living room and some paintings. I also have kitchenware and dinnerware.

Requirements:

* Making 40x the rent and good credit score (Guarantors welcome)
* Signing a year lease
*Sorry, no pets.
* 1st + security deposit
