Approx. 12' x 10' with smallish closet. Easily fits a full/queen bed plus desk, dresser, etc. One north-facing window but we're on an intersection, so there's plenty of indirect sun throughout the day. Some furnishings (full-size bed, desk chair, etc) available if desired, otherwise the room can be completely cleared. $1000/month plus utilities (usually about $50/month).

THE APARTMENT
First floor of a mid-sized pre-war building. Copious common space, including a decent-sized kitchen and a large living room with shared TV. Hardwood floors throughout. In-building laundry room downstairs. Plus roof access with great views! And those magic words: RENT-STABILIZED. This place is a STEAL.

THE ROOMMATES
I am a writer; and my roommate (M) is a law student. Both progressive, active, easy to live with, and fully vaccinated. Both are working/studying from home for the time being. Looking for someone who's considerate, easygoing, clean, and up for joining in on conversations, occasional kitchen projects, or movie nights, but also cool with everybody doing their own thing.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
INSANELY well-located on a pretty residential block. Beautiful Fort Greene Park is a 7-minute walk away. Also easy walking distance to grocery stores, hardware stores, pharmacies, an excellent bookstore, the farmers market, a library, BAM, Target, and tons of great restaurants and bars. Prospect Park is a short bike ride or pleasant 1-mile stroll away.

TRANSPORTATION
Did I mention it's INSANELY well-located? Two blocks from the C (Lafayette), 5-minute walk to the G (Fulton), 8-minute walk to the 2/3/4/5/B/D/N/Q/R/LIRR at Atlantic Terminal. The B25, B26, B52, and B38 buses are all nearby too. Plus multiple CitiBike stations.
