Roommate Needed in big West Hollywood Apt!
Hello!
I'm looking for someone to take over my lease for 2-3 months (move out date either August or September).
The apartment is located in West Hollywood (cross streets: La Cienega and Santa Monica). Rent is $1225 a month and it includes a parking spot in the garage underneath the building. There is also laundry on-site.
The room is a large, private en suite so you have your own private bathroom as well. The building is pet friendly with an additional pet deposit. One of the roommates has a small puppy but the apartment can have up to 2 pets. We also have a small patio/balcony area outside however the unit is on the first floor and overlooks La Cienega Blvd.
We are all working professionals who work from home and we are looking for someone who is a working professional as well. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions. Currently out of town but let me know if you would like to see any additional pictures of the apartment/room!
