Hi!
My Roommates and I have a room available for June 1st move-in. Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer in unit, central air and price is fully inclusive (including wifi). The room has a high ceiling, can easily fit a queen bed and desk... plus the views cannot be beat! There is great natural light during the day, and you can see the sunset over the Manhattan skyline at night. We are above the decadent Kokomo Restaurant, and located across from Bushwick Inlet Park. 5 min walk to L train on Bedford Ave.
One roommate has a small dog so must love animals! Currently there are two guys and girl living here, mid-20s to early 30s. We keep the apartment clean, are chill, LGBTQIA+ friendly, and don’t bring the party home. Looking for someone who is the same, and is occasionally up for wine night/park or rooftop hangs! Prefer another female, but open to anyone who is the right fit.
Must be able to sign one year lease.
