The area is N5th and Craig. 5 min to: Two walmarts, two ross, two Smiths, Albertson's, Big Lot's, family dollars, CVS, Walgreens, all 10 min if that. Freeway 6 min. I live in the house. I'm not a neat freak and neither is the other roommate but we're clean. Two easy to get along with people drama free, I like to have garage sales sometimes. Two that live here now are Jan and February birthdays. Please feel free to cook whatever you want You get one cubard in kitchen, one big drawer in kitchen,2 shelves in pantry, large area in freezer half a fridge (11x24in) It's a single story house 1700 Sq ft. in a great neighborhood that watches out for everyone but no KAREN'S PROMISE. Your room has brand new carpet and key for your lock on bedroom door. Walking distance to an amazing park called Craig Ranch Park. I supply Internet, Peacock app, toilet paper and paper towels your own parking space, I bring in the mail if you want to use this address included. Sometimes I get up at 5 or 6 and make coffee help yourself. Or put your coffee pot on the counter and make yourself at home. Use whatever you need to cook with in kitchen or add your own but if you don't want it used you'll have a cubard for yourself as well. I do the cleaning except for cleaning up after you. We will not have a disagreement over who did what lol.
Non furnished room. 😀 but could provide a bed frame and lamp you proide mattress Shared bathroom with one, kitchen, and friendly dog . Quiet and drug free. No heavy drinking. No sleepovers at this house but very friendly people here, but we're not BFF's. Please live your own life and enjoy. Washer/ dryer. Month to Month. One lady lived here 6 years and recently two year's and one still here so it must be a good place lol. One more person will be added this summer and access to another bathroom so we'll have it nice and cool and comfortable. We will meet for coffee, then you'll meet the other roommate to make sure we're all comfortable, this is about living together, not Bffs but so your comfortable as well.
