New Roommate Wanted

Hey Guys,

I’m starting my search for a cool new roommate to move in with me in July. The room is available starting July 15th. This sun-filled, 4th floor apartment is located in Bedstuy, Brooklyn.

The apt is on a main street so it does get noisy.

Rent is $965 (if it's just the two of us) or could be $750 with a third roommate (Wi-Fi included in this price.) We would split the other utilities.

Move In: $965/$750 + security deposit.

About Me: I’m an adventurous, funny, friendly, and fun-loving cis-male originally from Miami, FL. I work in the music industry. I’m very outgoing and social in social settings but laid back and chill at home. I usually spend time in my room when at home in order to recharge. I love traveling, singing, trying new things, and listening to amazing music!

I’m a part of the LG(B)TQ+ community and I’m friendly. I am COVID conscious and take precautions when leaving and coming back into the apt. With that being said, I do enjoy having company over and will always let you know in advance.

Ideal Roommate: A kind, cool, & considerate person who cleans up after their self. I’m looking to live with someone who is respectful, clean, responsible, and great at communicating.
