The apartment is in a historic newly renovated 4-story Brownstone.
The bedroom for rent is furnished with a full sized bed, 2 night tables, a small lounge chair and a wall-mounted flat screen TV. The room has a large closet, and the tenant would also have the exclusive use of a second closet in the public space.
The apartment has hard wood floors on the first floor and tile in the finished basement.

The apartment has a good size open kitchen connecting to the living room with all new stainless-steel appliances including a dishwasher. The living room has a large glass door leading to the patio and its tastefully decorated with mid-century modern furniture. The apartment has two separate living rooms and one and a half bathrooms.
We have central AC & heating which is a blessing in the summers. We also have an in-unit Washer & Dryer.

I am extremely clean and respectful of the common space, which is kept neat & minimal. The kitchen is fully equipped, and I am very cool with sharing. I am not good at cooking but love to BBQ specially in the summer. I like to keep live plants around, and gardening was my Covid lockdown pastime.
