Shared bathroom includes separate water closet (toilet in its own little room) and space to turn around.
Eat-in kitchen includes use of cookware, etc.

I'm a 50+ artist/artisan, in the apartment for over 20 yrs. Pretty quiet at home (thanks to almost constant use of headphones). I'm allergic to tobacco (former smoker), but the roof is one flight up. Sage and other herbs ok. The pets rule is the landlord's (sorry).

I'm ok with whoever you are, as long as you're responsible toward our agreements, respectful of my stuff and reasonable and up front regarding your expectations and needs.
