Newly constructed with a modern sleek design, our NoHo building consists of 5 three-story coliving apartments that each feature a spacious ground floor common area and 6-7 private bedrooms. Whether you’re looking to kickback for a game night or get some quiet time upstairs in your room, the space is perfectly designed for your needs.

Communal space
Entering your new home you’ll find an open floor plan living room, dining area and kitchen— all fully furnished and equipped with everything you need. Utilities, WiFi, and bi-weekly cleanings are already taken care of, so the only thing you’ll have to worry about is which binge-worthy show on the complimentary Hulu LiveTV you should cozy up to on the couch. Head out to the courtyard for a community-wide BBQ to meet the rest of the Starcitizens in the building.

Your own suite
Each bedroom features either a private en-suite bathroom or personal assigned bathroom just across the hall. Show up with just a suitcase as rooms are already furnished with a queen sized bed and mattress, a floor length mirror, a bedside table and lamp, and a desk with a chair.
