Bright, spacious 3BR|3BA apartment in Santa Monica, only 18 blocks from the beach and the promenade. New roomie will have their own bedroom & full bathroom with lots of storage and the bedroom has a large closet! Bedroom is unfurnished.

As far as kitchen supplies, we are fully stocked up but have extra space. We also have a cute patio where we keep our bikes & plants.

Parking is a shared tandem (2 spaces) + permit-only street parking. Parking spaces will be shared and rotated.

Laundry is onsite and super close to the apartment. Only 4 out of the 6 units use this laundry room so there are no issues getting laundry done.

Kitchen has all appliances. Ceiling fans in every room. No AC, but being near the ocean keeps it cool (we also use cooling tower fans in our bedrooms).

Water, trash & sewage included in rent. Power/gas and internet are the only extra utilities. Security deposit $1300. Lease is month-to-month, but we prefer a long-term (12-month) roommate.

Potential roommate must be approved by landlord with apartment application, credit & background check (via onsite landlord - she's phenomenal).

About Us:
Two professional females looking for a like-minded female (preferably, but male is ok, too) to live in 3rd bedroom. Both currently work from home, but are fairly active. We keep the kitchen and common areas pretty clean and we separate our recycling. We are super easy going and usually do our own thing but, if everyone has a free night, we also enjoy a night in or out together! LGBTQ-friendly & Alcohol-friendly.
