Room in Newly Renovated 3BR Apt in Astoria/Ditmars

I have a beautiful room in a 3 bedroom in Astoria, available for $895/month. Looking for someone to take over a lease. The current lease ends on March 31st, 2025, you can renew afterward. The move-in date is May 15, 2024.

The bedroom will fit a queen-size bed and has access to a bathroom shared with one of the roommates (the second roommate has their own bathroom). If necessary, some furniture can be negotiated as part of deal. Both roommates are very clean, respectful, super nice and welcoming! We’ve been living in this place for over a year. Both have loved their time here. Due to their schedules, they're often busy and out, so it's like having the place to yourself! You'll be sharing the kitchen and living room, and both are kept really clean. The landlord is also super great, very attentive, and addresses any concerns within 24 hours.

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, clean, and respectful! Male or female okay.

About us:
2 roommates looking for a third roommate. We’ve been living in this place for over a year and we love it! Both have full-time jobs and we like hanging out with a movie/ meal every now and then.
