Hello! We will have one room available on June 1st in a spacious duplex, just a 1-minute walk from the Bedford L train. You can't beat this location and space for the price!

The apartment is a 3-br / 1 bath on the upper level (where the available room is) and a 2-br / 1 bath on the lower level, with a super spacious shared living room and kitchen on the lower level.

I have lived in the apartment for 8 years and absolutely love it. I'm a film producer in my 30s. My roommate downstairs is a pet sitter who is very rarely home. Of the 2 upstairs roommates, one works from out of the house and the other works both from home & the office.

The available room is upstairs. It is very big and very sunny! It comfortably fits a bed, desk, dresser, couch, table, TV and more.

We have some furnishings, so the room could come furnished or unfurnished.

Looking for a roommate who is very clean, friendly and independent!
