I'm leasing a furnished one-bedroom (13x12) in Mountain View/San Diego. Single Occupancy. Available March 28, 2024. $1200 rent + $1200 security deposit. At the Landlord's discretion, pets are allowed. A $50 monthly pet rent will be added. A $300 pet deposit will be required and will be refunded if no damages were incurred. Occupancy is meant for one person per bedroom. Utilities included high-speed internet. 38" Flat screen t. v. and a personal fridge. You would share a bathroom with one person. Common areas (Living rm, Dining rm, and Kitchen) are accessible while respecting other tenants. Looking for a clean, respectable, easy-going individual. Current household occupants: 1 Female Healthcare Professional and 1 Male Professional. The property is located on a Cul-de-sac. Easily accessible parking outside. Close proximity to major highways(Hwy 5, 15, 94, and 805). NMCSD is 13 mins and Naval Station San Diego is 9 mins. Major local attractions/Downtown areas are but a few minutes away. If you're not renewing, a cancellation notice is required via email 30 days prior to the end of the lease. When responding to the ad, please include a short description of yourself (hobbies, etc.)
