Big Sunny Room In Sunnyside Queens(No Lease)

I am a 34 year old male. I have been living here for over 6 months. I am looking for someone in the same age range or older to take over the second room. Looking for a responsible, clean, quiet roommate like myself who can pay rent on time. Sharing cleaning duties every other week plus expenses. I am on the lease so you do not need to sign one, just a roommate agreement.

I usually keep to myself in my room, but I like to cook, listen to records and I have a decent shelf of books. There’s a lot of room in the living area for furniture.

This is a rent controlled apartment with utilities included. There is security and laundry on site with street parking.

It’s a decently quiet neighborhood with 3 supermarkets( one is 24 hrs)coffee shops, bars, restaurants and a very reliable train into the city(5 min walk).

No couples, no pets.
