One room available in luxury fidi building

We are renting a large room with private bathroom from June 1st to the end of September.

The room has a nice view, can easily fit a queen bed, dresser, nightstand etc, and includes a large built-in closet. There are three bedrooms in total in the apartment. You will have your own private bathroom. The apartment also includes a kitchen with a pass through window, and a small common area with seating area and a TV.

The roommates are two guys both in their 30s. They are professionals, very clean, respectful, and easy to get along with. We are looking for someone to take the third room who is also clean, considerate of others, has a full-time job, and is reliable with paying their rent.

This is a great luxury building with awesome amenities. It is an elevator building with doormen who are incredibly helpful. There is a roof-deck with one of the best views of the city you will see, a gym, and a swimming pool. All of these are currently open with social distancing requirements in place. There are also two large indoor common areas in the building which have just recently reopened.

The area is great and super convenient. We are a few blocks from the water and nearby a ton of trains (2, 3, 4, 5, A, C, R, W, J, Z).

You would be signing a sublease from the move-in date til the end of September. You would have the option to stay and join the lease at that time.
