2 Bedroom Apartment located in HB

Hello! My name is Jaycie and I am actively seeking someone to replace me on my apartment lease. I currently live in a 2 bedroom apartment w/ 2 other females; however the other 2 occupy the bedrooms and I am living in our living room which we have turned into a 3rd bedroom. I do understand that committing to live in a ‘living area space’ is not ideal for everyone, but other accommodations can be made if you are willing to do so. I currently pay $649 (not including utilities) for my space, which is due at the end of every month. You will of course have access to all other living areas such as the kitchen, balcony (which is apart of my room already), and share a bathroom w/ one of my other roommates where you have your own counter space and sink and plenty of drawers provided. You will be given my set of keys which are for the mailbox, gym, pool/jacuzzi area, and the laundry room. Our apartment is accessed only by a code that will also be provided if you decide to live here. I will also be giving you my parking pass as well.
