Hi everyone...my roommate has to move back home, so I am seeking a roommate for a private unfurnished bedroom+private detached bathroom in 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in Valley Village, CA with in unit laundry and balcony. $1300/mo. Tons of amenities, garage parking, female professional or student preferred. Use of kitchen and laundry with utilities included. Non-smokers and no pets, please be friendly, positive, quiet and emotionally stable. Pics included to show space, room fits queen-sized bed and furniture nicely, 2 closets with plenty of storage.
