Looking to rent the living room area on or after 02/16/2021 in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment at Waterford Place, San Jose (1700 N 1st St, San Jose, CA 95112). One person lives in each of the rooms, you will be the third apartment mate in the living room.

Requirements:
Male and vegetarian/vegan preferred
Non-smoker
Quiet
Covid conscious and maintains cleanliness.
Unfortunately, no pets allowed.
Taking responsibility of cleaning the bathroom, kitchen and other common areas regularly.
Be financially stable and be able to pay rent and utilities each month in advance and on time.

Rent details:
Rent - $580 per month + utilities(roughly $110 per person per month but can vary depending on usage)

Bathroom will be shared with one more person
