1bed in 2bed Astoria Apt NO FEE

My roommate is moving out and I need a new roommate to renew lease, would sign in December but also open for half of November (flexible but around the 15th)

Bonuses of apartment include:
-Weirdly large kitchen
-laundromat next door
-close walk to everything else (Steinway, 10 to grocery, 6 to subway)
-Above a wine store
-rooms get good natural light
-can fit full bed (maybe queen but won’t be much room for anything else

1000 a month plus shared utilities (electric plus internet)
No fee but security deposit of one months rent

I’m a 25 yr old female, pretty quiet, and work two days at home/three out. Prefer calm to partying but as long as it doesn’t get to crazy I’m pretty easygoing.
