Hi! I’m looking to rent out a room in my apartment starting April 1. I’m looking for someone for 3 months, you have the option to renew for a year on July 1. It’s a 3 bedroom apartment, with 2 roommates living there now.
The Room: $1100, about 12x13ft, very sunny. Fits a queen bed with furniture. Room comes unfurnished, or furnished with Bed, TV stand, TV and desk with chair for additional 250/month. It has a large closet and two windows looking out onto Avenue B.
The Apartment: 4th floor walk up, has a large kitchen and a spacious bathroom. There is a narrow living room shared among everyone.
The area: classic east village living on avenue B with tons of bars and restaurants at your doorstep, but quiet at night. Half a block from Thomkins square park, and a 5 minute walk to the 1st Avenue L stop.
The roommates: two females late 20s early 30s, both are professionals working in Marketing
