Fully furnished, still room for a small desk

The room isn't small by New York City standards and can fit a full sized bed, but it has a twin bed in there at the moment, but that can be moved if needed.

Spacious apartment with sky lights, private access to the roof, and super close to transportation. Subways, busses and zip car lots are all about a block away. Food choices for cooking are pretty amazing, with ethnic markets within 4 blocks: Russian, Latinx, Chinese, Turkish, Bangladeshi, and Israeli, all right in a row.

Freshly painted, the room is pristine, and the kitchen utilities are a combination of brand new and a couple of years old. Dishwasher, microwave and all that good stuff.

The photos don't really do the space justice. Happy to do a virtual walkthrough for anyone that'd like that.

Also re: Covid: I was sick in March, and have long since recovered. I was recently tested -- negative for coronavirus, but positive for the antibodies. That means that I'm personally about as safe as a person can be. Please tell me something about the precautions you take in your every day, what you would like to see in terms of sharing space and safety.
