My friend and I are looking for two people to take over our leases in two spaces in our current apartment in Bushwick starting end of October until July 2021! There is a room available for $860 and a VERY SPACIOUS basement room/space for $1200, the basement room has its own entrance, along with a half bathroom and access to the backyard space in the apartment and laundry is in room right next to the basement room. You'll be living with a woman in her early 20's who has a very sweet cat but unfortunately no additional pets. LGBTQ+ friendly!

-A 4br, 1.5 bath (there?s also a vacant room in case you want to bring an extra friend!)

-It is located in PRIME Bushwick

- 2 minute walk to M train Knickerbocker Ave stop and 7 min to L train Dekalb Ave stop

-Right near Knickerbocker ave and mytle ave which has tons of shops, and a 24 hour grocery store across the street!
