Hi, Friends! My roommate and I (she:33/filmmaker , me:33/social worker ) are looking for an amazing third roommate to join us in Santa Monica!
We?re both super busy with work/friends/hobbies but like to spend time together too: we love cooking, wine, popcorn nights, true crime, and local concerts (errr, pre-COVID. We?re serious about the social distancing.) and would love a likeminded human to share the space with!
Rent is $1225 and near the metro/bars/shopping without being in the tourist center of town (I walk to the beach most weekends!). Private room (10x12ft) with a big closet. Carpet to be replaced with laminate flooring. Shared bathroom with 1 other roomie. Common area and kitchen are furnished with anything you might need! Bedroom does not come furnished (pics are with current roomie's furniture). No couples/pets (even though I want a pup so badly! Landlord says no about dogs and we?re both pretttttty allergic to cats. Womp.)
