Our place is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 1-car garage split-level townhouse. Easy access to 92 and walkable to San Mateo downtown. The room available is a 15x15 master bedroom with full private bath, vaulted ceiling, air conditioning, freshly painted, carpets cleaned and sanitized completely.
Full use of amenities of the spacious house includes: fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace, a small side yard, 1-car garage that we take turns monthly, and washer/dryer in the garage. PG&E, internet, water, and garbage is split 3 ways. There are two of us here now, both females. We are social, clean up after ourselves, respectful and considerate. Incoming 3rd roommate rent is $1400 + 1/3 of Utilities. One time deposit is $1667. Unfortunately no pet.
