1 Lovely bedroom in 2 bedroom apartment

Hi there!

I'm Zule and I'm seeking someone to take over my second bedroom for a short term rental. This can be on a month- to-month basis or for several months till Jan 2021. One of the great features about my apartment is that the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment, creating more privacy.

About me:
I'm a pescatarian and I have 2 cats. I'm clean, peaceful and friendly yet I typically stay to myself. I work in adtech and typically work from home. On the weekends I'm typically out exploring NY/NJ or out of town. I enjoy playing music from Fleetwood Mac to Toro y Moi. I hold online HIIT workouts from my living room 3x per week, feel free to join!

Roommate Preference:
I prefer a female though males may apply, ages between 22-35, enjoys keeping common spaces clean and tidy, responsible paying rent on time, and considerate.
