Subletting our 2 Bdrm Apartment
Two room apartment in UES/East Harlem. BOTH BEDROOMS AVAILABLE! Larger bedroom has two windows, a closet, and a lot of natural light (current roommate pays $1150 for this room). Second Bedroom has one window and the closet is in the hallway directly outside the bedroom (current roommate pays $1050 for this bedroom). We are desperate to move due to family/school/job changes so price can be a little negotiable. The building is a walk up but is newly renovated with brand new stainless steel luxury appliances, hardwood floors, beautiful marble countertops etc... The building is also pet friendly and close to central park as well as multiple supermarkets. There is a laundromat literally one storefront away from the building entrance. The building is two blocks away from the 6 train. Our lease ends Nov. 1st so we are looking for subletters until then. You would either need to vacate on October 31st or chose to start a new lease with the landlord directly. Heat and hot water is included but not electric. The apartment comes with 1 window A/C unit that is owned by the current leaser and will take back on October 31st. APARTMENT CAN BE UNFURNISHED OR PARTLY FURNISHED. MORE PICTURES BEING ADDED TOMORROW. For series inquiries only and a faster response email
