RECENTLY RENOVATED 4-bedroom/2 bath duplex in Bed-Stuy, on the border of Bushwick. You?ll enjoy a SPACIOUS kitchen/living room, new appliances, a BACKYARD, plenty of natural light, a short commute into the city (20 minutes to lower Manhattan), and walking distance to great bars and nightlife.

We?re less than a five-minute walk to the J train (with a B-52 bus stop just steps away), a gym, grocery store, coffee shops, and neighborhood parks! (As things re-open of course).

We?re three writers and artists working full time:

Greg is a writer with an interest in comic books (press pass to the New York Comic Con!). He enjoys attending concerts, going to movies, and running.

Kenny is a filmmaker and writer working in film and television. He?s also part of sketch and improv comedy groups around the city. He loves finding new music, going to shows and gardening in the backyard.

Michelle is a journalist and TV/film critic who covers entertainment and geek culture. She's an avid moviegoer and spends her free time doing yoga, running, reading, and knitting.

We?re looking for roommates with a commitment to cleanliness, not just for their personal space but for the shared spaces as well (bathrooms, living room, kitchen, etc), and will take an interest in maintaining an aesthetically pleasing and pleasant living environment. We do not leave food out overnight and clean the kitchen fully after each use. Everyone cleans up after themselves and takes a shared interest in keeping the place looking great at all times.

Our careers are important to us, and we?re looking for like-minded people.
