This 2-bed 1-bath apartment is on Bleecker Street, in the heart of Greenwich Village. It's on the second floor of a walk-up, so just one floor up. The living room, kitchen and entry-way are fully furnished with nice furniture and art, and the apartment is kept clean. The apartment gets plenty of natural sunlight in every room. The vacant bedroom is a bit smaller than the occupied bedroom, so I've reduced that bedroom's rent--so the living room and common areas are exceptional at this price point.

We have a spacious living room with a leather sectional couch, coffee table, dining table (bar style) with seats, and a common working desk with large monitor and wireless keyboard/mouse. The kitchen is also spacious and is in its own room, with a working dishwasher. The living room has an oversized window, and also gets plenty of light from the kitchen window on the other side. All furniture is CB2, Article, West Elm or similar, and has been purchased new within the last 3 years. I have added an A/C window unit to the living room.

The vacant bedroom is unfurnished, but my current roommate can leave his mattress and bedframe if you're interested, as well as his A/C window unit. It's smaller than the occupied bedroom, but still fits a full mattress and desk if desired. Total apartment rent is $4,250, so I'm providing a good discount to account for the smaller sized bedroom. The living room, kitchen and bathroom are much nicer than you'd normally find at this price!

There is no laundry in the building, but plenty of wash-and-fold or self-service laundry spots nearby.

I've posted pictures of the apartment both from the original listing (unfurnished) as well as pictures of it furnished as it is now. All lights in the common areas are Phillips Hue, and you can adjust the brightness/warmth/color from your phone. The TV has Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Criterion Channel and more.
